Dear customers,
the protection of your personal data is important to us. According to the EU’s General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), we are obliged to inform you for what purpose our company collects, stores or forwards data. In the following, we also provide information about your rights regarding data protection.
We require the following information to process your order:
- Form of address, company, first name, and surname
- E-mail address
- Address
- Phone and fax number
- Delivery address
These data are collected
- to be able to identify you as customer
- for invoicing
- for delivery processing
The data are required for adequate processing of the order and the mutual fulfillment of contractual obligations according to the first sentence of Article 6 (1) lit. B GDPR.
How long?
Please note, however, that for fee-based services provided by us there are retention obligations for certain data (e.g. according to the Austrian Commercial Code (UGB) and tax law). The storage of the data and their deletion shall be regulated according to the legal retention periods.
Storage of third party data within the scope of delivery in the name of the customer:
For delivery of goods to third parties, their data are forwarded to us. The storage of these data and the effectuation of their deletion shall also be regulated according to the legal retention periods. By transferring these data, the customer grants the permission to process data within the scope of the order.
Transfer of data to third parties:
We only transfer your personal data to third parties if this is legally permitted or if you have granted permission to do so. Possible recipients of your personal data are mainly authorities (customs, Chamber of Industry and Commerce, shipping companies, debt collection agencies).
Such transfer is mainly carried out for the purpose of billing, for delivery of goods and within the scope of our correspondence with you (e-mail, post, phone). In individual cases data is transferred to entitled recipients.
Your rights?
You generally have the right to information, modification, cancellation, restriction, data portability and objection to the use of your data. If you have permitted data processing, you have the right to withdraw this permission any time; this does not affect the lawfulness of the data processing performed up to the withdrawal.
